Terms & End User License Agreement

These Terms & End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of Edge Lighting ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store rules.

Apple Standard EULA

For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms, Apple's terms apply to the extent required by Apple.

Wallpaper Creation and Use

The App lets you create edge lighting wallpapers, Live Photo-style wallpaper exports, presets, and customized background designs. You are responsible for the images you choose, import, edit, save, or use as wallpapers.

User Content

You confirm that you have the rights needed to use any photo, image, or other content you select in the App. You agree not to use the App to create, store, or share content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

Premium Features and Purchases

The App may offer premium features, wallpaper packs, subscriptions, or other paid content. Any purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, refund, and subscription terms. If premium features are not currently active in the App, this section applies when they become available.

Acceptable Use

• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the App's source code except where allowed by law.
• Do not use the App in a way that disrupts, damages, or overloads our services or third-party services.
• Do not use the App to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, presets, graphics, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your own photos and content, subject to the license needed for the App to process them on your device.

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as Firebase, Apple Photos, and Apple App Store services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that wallpapers will appear identically on every device or iOS wallpaper setup screen.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
